how do sessions work?
 
booking
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Sessions are not considered officially booked until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Final image galleries will not be delivered until the full balance has been paid.
Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
To allow adequate time for planning, sessions are typically booked 2–4 weeks in advance. This ensures availability, proper location selection, and creative preparation. Short-notice bookings may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed
Portrait sessions are offered as a 2-hour experience to allow adequate time for setup, creative direction, and a relaxed shooting pace. Even if the session runs shorter, pricing remains the same, as it reflects the full planning, shooting, editing, and delivery process.
Location
I do not have a permanent studio space. Studio selection takes place after the session has been secured with a deposit. Once booked, we’ll collaborate to select a location using platforms such as Peerspace or Giggster that best aligns with your vision and aesthetic.
Studio rental fees are not included in session pricing and are paid separately by the client.
Outdoor locations or personal locations can also be discussed and finalized during the planning process.
TURNAROUND
Final edited images are delivered within 7–14 business days after the session. Turnaround times may vary slightly during peak seasons or for larger projects.
Images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.
Retouching
All delivered images are professionally edited for color, exposure, and overall consistency. Light retouching is included to maintain a natural and polished look.
For portrait sessions only, additional retouching image requests are available at $20 each.
